Through his edifying autobiography, Nadeem Hussain, a path-breaking banker and entrepreneur, shares the success stories of two of his major achievements: Tameer Microfinance Bank and Easypaisa.
To readers, it serves as both, a memoir and a business case study. A visionary and venturous entrepreneur, Nadeem Hussain is out-and-out innovative. With his incisive business insights, he targets Pakistan's youth - 80 % of the unbanked population, to bring about monumental changes in the world of microfinance and banking.
After a successful exit from Tameer Bank, Nadeem started a technology investment company Planet N, once more in a field in which he had no prior expertise but sensed that the future of banking lies in digital banking. He reveals in this book that they introduced Easypaisa in collaboration with Telenor, creating a trend for online payments. Tameer Bank became the most profitable and valued bank in Pakistan. ANT Financial took a 45 per cent share in it for $184.5 million in 2018.

A deftly written autobiography vividly illustrates banker-entrepreneur Nadeem Hussain's drive to always reach beyond the horizon. In his mid-40s he bet all he had saved on Tameer and multiplied it, introducing digital services well ahead of the market. He appears poised to replicate the experience at Planet N, a self-selected bouquet of innovative businesses.
